Service Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of the website bdsmpeople.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") .

This Agreement is a public offer of the site bdsmpeople.com.

User Registration on the Site confirms his accession to this Agreement.

The User, by accepting this Agreement:

• Confirms that he has read the terms of this Agreement.
• Guarantees that his age is at least 18 years.
• Guarantees that he is not a resident or citizen of the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, any country of the European Union or the United States.
• He is personally responsible for the content of information and materials published by him on Website.
• Understands that the Website may contain materials aimed only at adult Users.
• Undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the laws in force and applicable in this area.
• Undertakes not to publicly publish email addresses, postal addresses addresses, ICQ numbers, phone numbers, links and other contacts without prior approval from the site administration.

  BDSMPEOPLE reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Site at its own discretion.
  • Edit or delete materials published by the User on the Site at its own discretion.
  • Provide paid and free services to Users (hereinafter - "Services").
  • Make changes to this Agreement unilaterally without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site.
  • Refuse to provide Services to Users if the User violates the terms of this Agreement or at its own discretion.
  • Use the User’s personal data, as well as materials published by the User on the Site and that are in the public domain, in particular, for the purpose of developing advertising materials, posting materials on partner sites BDSMPEOPLE and for other purposes.
  • Transfer the rights received from the User under this Agreement to third parties for the purpose of executing this Agreement without additional consent of the User.
  
  

  BDSMPEOPLE is not responsible:

  • For the content, reliability and accuracy of materials published by Users.
  • For harm, damage, loss of information or any other losses to any persons that arose while using the service Site, including using mobile communications and other means of telecommunications.
